First production Aston Martin Valhalla showcased at Bicester Motion

The Aston Martin Valhalla was officially revealed in December last year. Now, the first production Valhalla has been seen in public. It was presented at the Top Gear stall at Bicester Motion Scramble earlier today.

While it is said to be the first Valhalla roll off the assembly line, it may not be the first customer car. The fact that it’s currently with Top Gear suggests that it could be part of the press fleet.

The spec on this Valhalla is special too. The car is finished in silver and exposed carbon with blue accents. There’s also a blue stripe running along the centre, while the interior is wrapped in blue Alcantara.

The Valhalla is Aston Martin’s first series production hybrid supercar. It is also the first model to use its bespoke 4.0-liter twin-turbo flat-plane V8 paired with an all-new 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, which incorporates an electric motor and an electronic rear differential.

The internal combustion engine produces 817 hp, while three electric motors deliver a combined output of 248 hp. Together, the plug-in hybrid powertrain delivers 1065 hp and 811 lb-ft of torque.
