Ferrari SF90 Stradale facelift spied testing in Maranello

A heavily camouflaged test mule of an upcoming Ferrari supercar has been spied in Maranello. At first glance, we thought maybe it was the next supercar in the Icona series. However, upon close inspection, we are of the opinion that this is most like the Ferrari SF90 Stradale facelift.

The updated SF90 Stradale is expected to receive a few cosmetic changes on the outside. Looking at these spy shots, it seems like it will feature the same L-shaped LED headlamps. The wing mirrors also look similar to those on the current model. However, we might see a few changes made to the rear fascia.

Look closely, and you will spot a continuous strip of LEDs at the rear. We suspect Ferrari has done away with the quad tail lamp setup for a simpler design, perhaps inspired by the SF90 XX. The high-mounted dual exhausts though, are likely to be carried over unchanged.

We haven’t heard much about the mechanical upgrades made to the car. That being said, it is expected to use the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. This engine, in its current configuration, makes 769 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. It is supported by two electric motors for a combined output of 986 hp.
