The KTM X-Bow GT-XR has received its first update since the Austrian manufacturer’s sports car division came under new ownership last year. The latest changes focus on extracting more performance from the lightweight supercar while making it easier to live with on public roads.
The biggest addition is the new Factory 600 package. It upgrades the Audi-sourced 2.5-litre five-cylinder engine with a revised intake manifold, turbocharger and intercooler. The result is 592 bhp, a substantial 99 bhp increase over the standard setup.

Buyers can also opt for the Evo aerodynamic package, which takes inspiration from KTM’s GT2 racing car. It brings a more aggressive front splitter, canards and new wing louvres.
There are practical changes, too. Every X-Bow now gets a 7-inch infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Traditional folding side mirrors replace the rear-view camera system as standard, though the camera setup remains optional.

An optional Capristo exhaust system rounds off the updates.
