Lamborghini is all set to reveal a new limited-edition model this year at Pebble Beach. We’ve been told that it’s likely to be called ‘Fenomeno’, which is Spanish for “phenomenon”.
So, the new Lamborghini Fenomeno will be based on the Revuelto. However, we’ve also learnt that it will be “the most powerful Lamborghini ever made”. This statement puts an end to all speculations about the engine, which was initially expected to be the same 1001 hp hybrid V12.
While the Fenomeno will be powered by the same 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 hybrid, the overall output will be way more than 1001 hp. The exact details about the powertrain will be revealed at the time of the unveiling.
Lamborghini recently held a private preview of the Fenomeno for select customers. One of the clients who has seen the car has described it as “a car that will change everything”. He also said that the design is inspired by one of the most iconic models from the brand’s history.
Lamborghini has already made a Countach tribute. So, could the Fenomeno be an homage to the Miura or Diablo?
Earlier, we had said that the production would be limited to less than 50 units. Well, as per the latest rumors only 29 examples of the Fenomeno will be built.
