A fire at Frank Kent Cadillac in Fort Worth, Texas, has destroyed six electric SUVs, all of which appear to be the Cadillac Escalade IQ electric SUVs. The blaze took 17 hours and 33 minutes to bring under control.
Images from the scene show several Escalade IQs badly damaged by the blaze. The Fort Worth Fire Department has yet to reveal what started the fire, which broke out during the day and continued into the evening.

EV fires can be exceptionally difficult to extinguish. Firefighters used large amounts of water to tackle the blaze, while special fire blankets helped contain the flames as crews moved nearby vehicles away from danger. Eventually, six electric SUVs were destroyed, and two other vehicles were damaged.
