Now that The Traitors Season 4 is over and done, we’re thinking about what lies ahead for Season 5, and more importantly, who.
Alan Cumming‘s Scottish castle has welcomed some icons and familiar faces over the years and Season 5 should be no different, but there are a few things that could and should be implemented for the next season. Do we need five ladies from the Real Housewives franchises? Perhaps not. Let’s not overcorrect and go with zero, but we can find a happy medium.
One lesson that I think can be taken from the fourth season — which welcomed, perhaps, the most aimless group of Faithfuls to grace the hallowed halls — is that there are some benefits to casting people who know each other. Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir had no clue what was happening much of the time, but boy, was it fun to watch. Actually, I think there’s an argument here for an entire season made up of TV or movie casts that know each other coming into the game and having to rethink everything they know about their friends.
Until we get to a point where Peacock jumps on a special edition season featuring an entire callsheet or two from Hollywood (Peacock, call me, we can workshop this), we’ve put together a short list of 10 people we want to see on our screens in the next season of The Traitors.
Read on to see who we want to watch kill or be killed in The Traitors Season 5.

Ariana Madix
Photo: Kim Nunneley/Peacock Why is it that despite hosting another Peacock series, a.k.a Love Island USA, Ariana Madix has yet to snag a spot in a season of The Traitors? Maybe she’s been offered a spot already, but knowing that she can deliver a comeback like it’s no ones business and wear the hell out of any outfit, we think she should be No. 1 on the invite list for this upcoming season.

Ezra Sosa and Rylee Arnold
Photo: Getty Images Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski being in the castle together proved that even when they have absolutely no idea what they are doing, besties trying to navigate The Traitors castle is one hell of a fun watch. Add in Gen Z, TikTok-adled brainrot that you find with Ezra Sosa and Rylee Arnold and you have even more to look forward to.

Amanda Batula
Photo: Getty Images New chapter, new TV show. Amid her separation from Summer House costar Kyle Cooke — who played The Traitors back in Season 1 — it only feels right that Amanda Batula now get the chance to win a quarter of a million dollars. And hey, after pretending for so long that she’s been fine even though she is clearly not, she would absolutely kill it as a Traitor!

Jessi Draper
Photo: Getty Images Truth be told, we’d be happy with pretty much any of the Mormon wives entering the castle — Whitney Leavitt’s name gets thrown around a lot but she’s got bigger tap shoes to fill at the moment — but given that filming would take place in Scotland, comfortably taking Jessi Draper away from Jordan for even a small chunk of time, we’re choosing her.

Robert Irwin
Photo: Getty Images Wouldn’t it be so delectable if Robert Irwin had a heel turn to the dark side and played the game as a Traitor? Could he do it? I have serious doubts. But I do kind of think it would be amazing watching him struggle through having to murder his fellow players and it would make for a hilarious crash out on television. Faithful is fine, too, I guess.

Jason and Kylie Kelce
Photo: Getty Images Put more couples in the castle, you cowards! I want to see people who think they know each other — or have four daughters together in the case of Jason and Kylie Kelce — have to look at their spouse and question everything. Plus, these two would just have a blast and it’s a vacation from the kiddos, at the very least.

Ilona Maher

Considering that her iconic “Been better, Carrie Ann” line from DWTS comes out of my mouth, you know she’s also going to deliver some incredible moments.

Christian Hubicki
