
Santo Domingo– The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MICM) said that the prices of kerosene, Avtur and two fuel oil will increase in the week of August 19 to 25, while the cost of the rest of the fuels will will remain unchanged.
The Undersecretary of the Interior, Ramón Pérez Fermín, explained in a statement that the government will deliver subsidies for 619 million pesos this week to avoid price increases on all products.
Thus, premium gasoline will continue to be shipped at 293.10 pesos per gallon, regular diesel will be sold at 274.50 pesos, while regular diesel will be sold at 221.60 pesos, with the best price being 239.10 pesos.
Liquefied petroleum gas will also maintain its price, continuing to be sold to the public at 132.60 pesos per gallon and natural gas at 43.97 pesos per cubic meter.
