Lil Uzi Vert looking to release “Barter 16” album by end of this week
Lil Uzi Vert has had a very successful 2023, as he released his highly anticipated “Pink Tape” album, in June. That project contained 20 songs, including collaborations with Don Toliver, Travis Scott, and Nicki Minaj. Furthermore, Pink Tape also saw a number one debut in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. In fact, it was also the first hip-hop album to go number one on the Billboard 200, in 2023.
Meanwhile, Uzi has also been working on his “Barter 16” album. This is named after Young Thug’s 2o15 “Barter 6″ album, and also recreated Thug’s nude cover art, for Barter 16.
This weekend, Uzi also trended again, after a group of fans approached him. He was asked about Barter 16’s release date, as he surprisingly revealed that he plans to put it out by the end of this upcoming week.
This also comes after a studio session that Uzi had went viral, as Birdman was there, and told Uzi that he wants to appear on Barter 16. However, it’s unclear on whether or not that the Cash Money Records mogul will actually be featured on this project.
