She’s pretty in polka dots.
Emma Stone went with a sheer, spotted look last night for the New York premiere of her new movie, “Kinds of Kindness,” walking the red carpet in a design from Louis Vuitton’s resort 2025 collection.
The breezy, black dress included a high neck and a midsection cutout, as well as a see-through skirt and sleeves which put the actress’ toned body on display.
Stone kept the rest of the outfit somewhat simple, adding coordinating black sandals and multiple diamond studs from Walters Faith, which added a subtle sparkle.
The “La La Land” star wore her dark auburn hair down and pulled back, showing off the dazzling accessories.
As for makeup, artist Rachel Goodwin stuck with a rosy theme, adding berry-colored blush and a bright pink lip, which popped against Stone’s dark ensemble.
Stone arrived at the event with her husband, Dave McCary, who complemented her elegant look in a sharp gray suit. Later, the star posed alongside her “Kinds of Kindness” cast members, including Margaret Qualley, who wore a white, strapless dress.
Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe and Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, also appear in the film, which was directed by “Poor Things” Yorgos Lanthimos.
Some fans were loving the look, commenting on Check The Tag’s Instagram page, “Bravo!” and “This is unique and works for her despite the extraordinarily frequent LV misses. This wins.”
A third said, “Really appreciating her newfound boldness in her choices👏👏👏.”
It’s no surprise that the actress chose to wear Louis Vuitton for her big night. Stone is an ambassador for the fashion house and often rocks the label on the red carpet. Most recently, she wore a mint green peplum gown at the 2024 Oscars earlier this year — but had a small wardrobe malfunction at the awards show.
While jumping up and down, dancing to Ryan Gosling’s “Barbie” performance, Stone’s zipper broke, prompting her to give a disclaimer as she accepted the award for best actress.
“My dress is broken; I think it happened during ‘I’m Just Ken,’” she joked on the podium, trying to secure the sorbet-colored design.
“Kinds of Kindness” is out in theaters starting today.
