Detailing the record-setting Koenigsegg Agera RS, Jesko & Regera

Ammo NYC recently had not one but three Koenigsegg hypercars at their shop for a deep clean and detailing. A rare sight indeed. Koenigsegg dropped off the world speed record holder Agera RS along with the Jesko Absolut and Regera before the cars headed out for a photoshoot.

The Agera RS is the same car that set the top speed record on a public highway in Nevada in 2017. It recorded an average speed of 277.9 mph (444.6 km/h) on an 11-mile stretch of highway which was shut down to facilitate the record attempt.

The Regera once held the record for the fastest 0-400 kph-0. It accelerated from 0-400 km/h in 22.82 seconds and decelerated back to a standstill in a mere 8.67 seconds.

The third car, and the latest in the brand’s lineup, is the Jesko. This is the Absolut version, a low-drag package designed for a higher top speed. While it’s yet to record an official top speed, it did beat the Regera’s 0-400-0 record from 2019.
