The first Bugatti Mistral hypercars have left the Molsheim factory, marking the beginning of customer deliveries, of what is the final chapter in the W16 tale.
Two highly customized examples of the Mistral are ready to be shipped to their respective owners. One of them is finished in Black Carbon with Bugatti Light Blue Sport accents. It has a Bugatti Light Blue Sport leather interior with Black Carbon matt accents and Beluga Black stitching.
The other car has a White Glacier finish with Blue Carbon and Atlantic Blue elements with Italian Red highlights. It features a full-carbon fibre engine cover with polished aluminium highlights and a white interior with Lake Blue stitching.
The Mistral is the last Bugatti hypercar to use the legendary W16 engine. The 8.0-liter, quad-turbocharged unit delivers no less than 1600 hp.
The Bugatti Mistral also holds the top speed record for an open-top production car. Last year, it clocked 282 mph on the high-speed oval at Automotive Testing Papenburg in Germany.
