However, Ashanti has seen her popularity grow, in the 2010s and 2020s. Much of this is due to her body.
Ashanti performs her old songs in front of sold out shows. A few years ago, she and Ja Rule reunited, and they have performed their classics all over the world. While Ashanti did vocals on “I’m Real,” she officially is on “Always on Time” and “Mesmerize.” All three of those songs peaked in the top two on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. However, the first two of those songs ended up reaching the number one spot on the charts. When she’s not performing, Ashanti is on vacation.
Ashanti got back with Nelly, earlier this year, after much controversy. During their time apart, Ashanti has made numerous headlines with her bikini photos and videos. Some complained that her being in a relationship may hinder that. However, Ashanti claims she was in a relationship when she began showing off.
