Porsche has revealed the updated Taycan GTS and Taycan 4. Both versions of the EV come in sedan and Sport Turismo body styles. Prices for the Taycan 4 start at $103,300, while the GTS is priced at $147,900.
The 2025 edition of the Taycan isn’t merely a facelift. Porsche has also upgraded the electric powertrain. The Taycan GTS now packs 690 hp—100 hp more than the previous version. A press of the push-to-pass button gives an additional boost of 93 hp for 10 seconds.
According to Porsche, the new GTS can sprint from 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds. That’s 0.4 seconds faster and will cover the quarter-mile in 11.1 seconds—0.7 seconds quicker than the old version.
Porsche now offers the “Electric Sport Sound profile” feature from the Turbo S version on the GTS as well. The system is said to enhance the vehicle’s own sound by channelling it through the onboard speakers. The EV also gets adaptive air suspension, rear axle steering, and torque vectoring.
The Taycan 4 is available with either 402 hp or 429 hp variants. It can sprint from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds.
